Halloween Fun: Day 10- Felt Pumpkins

Once upon a time I bought an excessive amount of felt with grand ambitions to make an assortment of astounding objects.  Well, at least one became a reality. I cut out an orange pumpkin, reinforced it by putting a thin strip of batting on the back and then a scrap of muslin, then sewed around the very edge and down the 'grooves' of the pumpkin to keep it all together.
Then I cut various shapes out of the black- lots of triangles, squares, and circles, along with a couple of different mouths.  This is now a favorite Halloween activity at our house with very easy set-up and clean up.  It all fits in a gallon-size Ziploc baggie.
