Family Learning Nights

My kids are still young.  We are not what you would call a busy family.  We love to spend our evenings at home, together.  But sometimes it feels as if we could be a bit more productive with our evenings home.  So I was talking to my husband the other day and he approved this idea that we are going to start carrying out this week.  We are going to do nightly "Family Learning Nights".  Each night we will have a different focus, but surrounding a weekly topic.  I will try to post on here each week what or theme was and the activities that we did with them.  Monday Night we always do a spiritual lesson related to the Gospel (tonight, honesty:)), and Friday Nights we do a Movie Night, so Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we will do different activities, focusing primarily on Math one night, Science another night, and reading on the third night.  I am really excited to get started on this and see how it helps my boys and us all as a family as we learn together!:)
